I’ve tried 4K downloads from 4K sources and it still will not pick up any higher than 1080p. Even in the settings it only registers 1080P as the highest default quality. This is sad and feels like false advertising.

Here is a 4k Stream and it fails to get any details from it to even try to download (even at a lower resolution):

Yes, one of the reasons I purchased this is for 4k video downloads.
As of now, it’s false advertising.
When will we be able to download the advertised up to 8k video?
Right now, the highest we can download is 1080p.

Hi, the download resolution depends entirely on the source provided by the platform. If the platform offers a 4K stream for the video, our software will support it. However, if the source is limited to 1080p, we can only download that quality.
