jio hotstar

hey i bought keeprix from india , in india disney doesn’t available that’s why in india jio hotstar is there , so while opening disney plus i was redirected to jio hotstar , well that’s ok but in jio hotstar i cannot downloading the movies and it download option also disabled, can you tell me the what is the reason behind it and please resolve it asap.
