hey i bought keeprix from india , in india disney doesn’t available that’s why in india jio hotstar is there , so while opening disney plus i was redirected to jio hotstar , well that’s ok but in jio hotstar i cannot downloading the movies and it download option also disabled, can you tell me the what is the reason behind it and please resolve it asap.

    We would like to clarify the issue you are experiencing with JioHotstar:

    Currently, the Disney+ downloader module in Keeprix is configured to support standard Disney+ services (primarily targeting regions such as the United States). Because Disney+ in India automatically redirects to JioHotstar—which operates on a different system structure—Keeprix does not currently support media parsing and downloads on the JioHotstar platform. As a result, the download button appears disabled after the redirection.

    We completely understand how important this feature is for you, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Adding support for JioHotstar is already on our development roadmap, and our team is working to integrate it in future software updates.
