Netflix download issues

I seem to be able to only download individual episodes of a Netflix series rather than queue up a whole series or season. Currently I’m having to exit the application every time then go back in again in order for it work.

I was able to download whole seasons a couple of weeks ago on Netflix but following a hard drive loss have needed to re-download a number of seasons which is proving to be difficult
